"I would like to share my PLEASANT experience with the property manager Charlie. When I first called, I had the privilege to speak with Katie. Katie was so very KIND & HELPFUL!!! Charlie went Up Above and Beyond to HELP rectify my situation!! My daughter who attends Liberty University is living off campus for the first time. I am new at paying the rent on the portal that West Edge Properties offers. While I was paying the rent, I accidentally paid $843 more than I was suppose to. I notified the office, and explained my situation. Charlie rectified my problem in such a timely manner, to ensure I would receive the extra money that I paid, back into my checking account. He was able to OVERNIGHT me my money back!!! I feel so blessed and comfortable having my daughter living at West Edge!!! If we had more professional & caring people such as Charlie & Katie, our world would be a Much Better place!!"

Lots of demographics of people who live at West Edge despite living in a college town so great for families or elderly, well-lit and safe at night, and well-managed."

"As me being a pilot, I have lived in many places and I still do. However, when I was looking for an apartment in Lynchburg VA, I have met my perfect match!! From the moment I emailed for more information, I felt welcome. Communication was fast and sufficient and the application was even easier and faster than I ever have seen. I never have experience such a professional team. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I feel at home at my apartment, it even makes me feel sad to leave it when I am on a trip. From now on, I am happy to come home to this base. The apartment looks spotless and clean, and whenever something needs to be fixed, they do it immediately! Like I said before, I never have experienced this before in other apartments. I don't even know why you would want to live in another apartment complex in Lynchburg. Also the pool is always clean and the gym is perfect. The free drinks and popsicles are a cherry on the cake. The smiles and helpful hands from the staff is something to be grateful for. After 51 years I think I found a place I can call home for when I am in Lynchburg. It is a place where I come to rest and feel good. "We wanted to move into the west edge last year, but the previous management never answered the phone or was at the office. We never had a change to look at apartment. However, the new management company at least answered the phone call, and scheduled a tour for us. The staff was friendly. They told me their company purchased west edge less than a year ago from previous management company. I was also wad looking at the reviews. Most of the bad reviews are from previous management. We are considering west edge to be our next home."
