"DON'T USE HUMANA!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could leave minus stars I'd give them minus 100!! This company has the worst customer service EVER! They're happy to sell you a plan, but when you need help it's impossible to contact someone to speak with. I had Optima before and they were have best customer service. You can always call and speak with someone and resolve any issue right away. I just got Medicare and Humana was the only option for Medicare Advantage in my area. If I could use any other service, I'd do it immediately!! Took 6 weeks to get dental added to my plan and they PROMISED to backdate it to this month so I could get an appointment before leaving on a trip. NEVER HAPPENED! My agent Kyreana Woods is very pleasant on the phone but totally dropped the ball getting me my dental coverage, giving me excuses and the run around. Her manager Anitra left me an invalid extension number so I can't call her back. What the is wrong with this company?!"
