"I’ve lived on property for over a year and have enjoyed the new management considerably more. Holly is a thoughtful and dedicated Leasing Manager that takes concerns to heart. The property is old and has some features needing a face lift, but it’s clear from the work completed since new management has arrived increasing the curb appeal, safety, and functionality is important. Also special shout out to the maintenance team. The guys are all hard working and kind. They do good work and have a good track record for quick/ quality repairs."

"I have lived at the property a little over a year and have re-signed for an additional 16 months. The unit themselves are great and I think the pricing is fair and accurate for what you get. A new management company took control a couple months back, and since things have gone downhill. Tables and fixtures were removed from needed areas without being replaced. The dog park is now a large mud pit and has not had maintenance or mulch added since the take over. Tenants are receiving price addendums on services that the facility “provides”, but as a resident you are responsible for yourself. Example: Pest control is increasing monthly. Service reports for bugs are denied and instead residents buy and use their own bug spray. Example: Facility charges monthly for trash removal. Trash is not allowed outside the door of an apartment. There is one place to dispose of trash at the front of the property and residents must take it there themselves. These things sound petty, but what’s felt is a lack of transparency/explanation and “sorry you have no option” when presented with an issue. While the office staff always greets you with a smile, they effectively just shrug their shoulders and blame their explanation/or inability to explain on “the corporate office”."

"I have lived here for 10 years—and even stayed and moved to a larger apartment here 3 years ago. Has an interesting diversity of apartment sizes and layouts. It is conveniently located and a surprisingly quiet place nestled in Pantops."

"I have consistently experienced the best residential support services while living at Avemore Apartments. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a service request, they have executed and resolved the matter promptly. My son and I have always felt safe and welcomed there and we love all their amenities, especially the gym and theatre room! I strongly recommend their properties to families of any size. I love their convenient location. We are close to downtown, we are across the street from a park, and we get to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. We truly couldn’t be happier!"
