"I do not recommend living here. When I moved in it was filthy and had roaches. Maintenance was unable to fix most things since the apartment is old. Hundred taken off of my security deposit because of 2 broken blinds ( that maintenance said they couldnt fix). A rip-off left and right. Please don't move here."

"Lived here for 2 years. It's okay. The worst: 1. no recycling, so if you don't want to trash all your recyclables (like most residents do) you have to sort them yourself and drive them to the recycling center. Really feels unconscionable to not have single stream recycling in current year. 2. the shared laundry machines are highway robbery and just barely work. 3. plugs would constantly just fall out of the electrical sockets, they were so loose. Everything felt like it'd gone slightly too long without being updated, but it was livable and they do slowly make improvements. They once emailed us at 8pm on a work night asking us to move all of our furniture by 6am the next morning, so maintenance could get to the windows. They are not stellar at giving 24h notice before entering, but we only had three instances of employees unlocking and opening our front door without any warning during a global pandemic (: The highest praise I can give is that I would still consider living here again. The location was really convenient for us and we never had trouble with bugs or rodents."
