"I recently had the pleasure of working with Corey, a dedicated staff member at Days Inn, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service she provided. Planning a wedding can be a stressful endeavor, and Corey's assistance truly made a significant positive impact on our experience. We encountered an issue with our hotel block reservation for our wedding in October 2023. Realizing that our guests needed to check in earlier to have sufficient time to settle in before catching the shuttle to the wedding ceremony, we approached Corey with our concerns. From the moment we explained our situation, Corey went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Corey demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent service. Shee not only understood the urgency of our request but also took the extra effort to facilitate an early check-in process for our guests. Her proactive and accommodating approach made a significant difference, allowing our guests to comfortably prepare for the wedding festivities without any unnecessary stress. I am truly grateful for Corey's dedication and exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile reflect highly on Days Inn as a whole. I highly commend Corey for his outstanding efforts and commendable service, making our wedding block experience at Days Inn a memorable and positive one. Thank you, Corey, for helping to make wedding planning a little less stressful!"
"I would not recommend staying here. My car got hit in the parking lot while staying at country inn. I contacted country inn to see the cameras and sadly their cameras don't reach the part of the parking lot I parked in. They told me that days inns cameras would pick up where I parked. I have asked the manager for two days now to please look back at the cameras and he has given me the run around. The First Lady I spoke with was very rude and interrupted me in the middle of telling her what I needed assistance with and immediately says call my manager and hung up. I called the manager twice and emailed him and I still have not received anything in return he continues to tell me he's too busy."
"Only stayed overnight and it was worth the rate I paid, my room was well kept and cleaned. There is a breakfast bar in the morning, fruits, cereals, waffles, juices, coffee and omelets as well. The staff was very pleasant and kind."
"We stayed here for one night and did not enjoy it. Other recent reviews mentioned bugs in the rooms, and unfortunately that was also the case for us - there were a couple wandering around our room after check-in. However, if you look closely at their photos, those are NOT bed bugs.. they're German species cockroaches. Not sure if that's better or worse (or equally bad), but figure folks should just be aware. German roaches are not pests you want to bring home.. check your bags carefully after leaving. Service and proximity to town are decent. The breakfast is underwhelming even for a cheap motel though. It also seems to be a party hotspot, as there was a lot of chanting/stomping well past midnight in nearby rooms, and loud frat-looking guys in the parking lot and lobby the next day. At this price point I'd definitely elsewhere. UPDATE: Oof, I find it petty the owner spent time searching through and even commenting on my ‘history’ of reviews. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels/motels before and really only reviewed a few that were disappointing — this one included. I might suggest the owner spend more time cleaning up their issues, and less time taking subtle jabs at guests for being honest about them.. yikes. Just check their other reviews (beyond Google too) before booking.. quick and easy way to avoid a potential letdown."
"I would have given 4 stars, but we found two bed bugs (pillow, mattress) in our room. We asked for another room, which we were given. I have no complaints about the staff - the people at the front desk and on the cleaning staff were all lovely. If it weren't for the bug problem, I'd say this is an excellent economy hotel. Until the pest control practices here improve, the hotel should be prepared to compensate guests who experience such issues during their stay."
