"There's literally a homeless person who sits in the clubhouse all day then sleeps in his car in the parking lot. My neighbors and I can't use the game room because he's turned it into his personal living room. This place is so neglected that he's been here for at least six months and no one has kicked him out"

"Pros: - Great price for the amenities - Fairly quiet and gated security. Never felt unsafe in the area. Cons: - The maintenance work is hit or miss. I had problems with a leak for my entire lease and it was never fixed, but other problems were resolved in a week or two. - Thin walls. I was in a 3 bedroom unit with my room sharing a wall with the stairwell. You can hear all sounds of people outside the apartment. - The utility fees seem arbitrary. We got charged extra for water usage even when I reported the leak to maintenance. - Packages are stolen or not delivered at the mailbox, or will be delivered to the wrong building. Overall, if you're a student with a tight budget this place is somewhat on par with a lot of campus housing for a third of the price. The shuttle service is reliable and their clubhouse is quiet and great for studying. If you are a grad student, highly recommend."

"Property management communicates in a non courteous manner via email, when they do decide to communicate. They are highly inactive as far as the property management goes. The trash bins fill up quickly, and it doesn’t appear that staff maintains the grill site trash bins. They don’t qualitatively follow up with needs. Instead of getting larger trash dumpsters or organizing it- they blame the residents for not being tidy enough. To add, there is food waste all around the grass- particularly in the back of the community. I’m so tired of going outside and finding food decaying in the grass. The fire alarms are constantly going off. It’s basically impossible to use the kitchen without setting off a fire alarm. My air fryer sets it off. With no burning oil or burning food inside. Have cleaned the sensors but still always beeping. Called the office about a blown fuse two months ago and haven’t heard anything. My light bulbs keeps blowing out in the laundry room and I can’t use a good part of my outlets because nothing happened after I called AND emailed management. They don’t care about good customer service and don’t actually clean the way they say they do when they flip apartments. Before my current roommate moved in- they kept the exact same mattress on the bed but said they changed it in the email making arrangements to alert entry. The carpets are hideous with yellow walls. The interior doesn’t match itself. When my microwave broke they painted the wall the wrong color and just left it like that because the broken microwave was built in and they decided not to do that with the replacement. I had to fuss at them to come back and use matching paint colors. It’s so disrespectful. When I emailed them about glass in the parking lot they told me there wasn’t anything they could do. Well this morning I woke up to trash all over the parking lot."

"Office staff is professional and eager to help with any issue large or small. Maintenance could be faster but there used to be three maintenance staff and now there are only two. This a nice quiet place to live at a low price with good features. Shuttle service is fantastic."

"Lived here for about two years during the pandemic. In general, it’s a good experience. The rent is cheap but the amenities are pretty good. The hill behind the apartment is pretty nice in the fall. Maintenance staff are very responsive. I would also like to thank Chelsea, who used to a staff there but left the office around 2 years ago. When l lost an important mail, she helped me a lot. The only cons I could think of is the wall is thin so whether it’s noisy depending on your neighbors."
