"Worst place I have ever lived. Charged me $1000 for a few food stains on the carpet (loves to send out court summons). They charge you for things you would never dream of. The apartments are so small you can't open the dryer while standing in front of it. Some creepy neighbor video recorded my teenaged son and service dog to try and prove he didn't pick up the poop. I saw multiple instances of domestic violence in the parking lot. My car was broken into twice - leasing office didn't care. The list goes on and on..."

"The management and owners are absolute scum who treat residents like prisoners and flat out ignore chronic problems. The maintenance staff however, is the best in town, they deserve better than to work at Westgate. Update in Response to Westgate: Yeah, I'm not going to use my real name so you monsters can retaliate like you want to. This review is for everyone else and to save future, would-be victims from you. It's not intended to help you make performative, cosmetic improvements for PR's sake. Explaining all of this wouldn't be necessary to normal, humane management though."

"Leasing agent took my application fee beware of the scam. There were no openings. The leasing agent made excuses and then she left her message I forwarded to my company and the better business bureau. Beware the website is false and she quotes different higher prices."

"I had a broken pull chain on the overhead light in my bedroom, which made it impossible to turn the light off and on. I told the office about the problem and asked if a repair person could come by my apartment before 10:00 am the next morning, while I was still there. An individual came by the next morning before 10:00 am and fixed the problem by replacing a part. He was very courteous, knew what he was doing, and got the repair job done in a timely manner. A very satisfactory outcome."

"I love living here! I've been here slightly less than two years. In that time, I have had no major maintenance issues. The staff are nice and respond quickly. The layout and newly-renovated interior of these apartments speak for themselves. The balcony is probably my favorite part. It's so spacious! The windows are large and let in a lot of light. Every design choice from the wall colour (pale yellow, not the drab eggshell white of most apartments) to the cabinets, to the deck is a step up from most apartments at this price point. The price may seem a bit higher than it really is; after accounting for the utilities (with an option for set price), in-apartment laundry, and other considerations, the price was actually very affordable for us. I have enjoyed the quiet family-friendly atmosphere overall, although the new neighbors downstairs are causing a bit of a problem with sounds and smells. The location is also great here. We walk to the movie theater, can get onto 29 and 250 super easily, and Ivy Creek park is just a short drive away."
