"On December 21, 2023 I filled out an application they requested for $300 for the application process. If I was denied, they stated they will give me the 250 back I was denied the next day. I asked OK so about the 250 they stated they will give it back to me in check form. It’s now January 19 still no check I’ve never in my life heard of such of paying a $300 fee to fill out an application. !"

"Avoid this place if you can. The management is horrendous. Junk (tables, rugs, couches) is piled up around the dumpsters. There’s dog waste all over the property. If you have a work order, it takes weeks because they’re so short staffed. I give it 2 stars because the interiors are not too bad. They just desperately need new windows (all the ones now are broken and covered in mold). They also do very sloppy paint jobs. Your upstairs neighbors will keep you up at all hours of the day stomping around. Overall, the only reason they get away with charging what they do is because there are so few other options in Charlottesville and people are desperate. This is NOT “peak living.”"

"Rebecca and Emily were great getting myself and my husband back into apartment life. The transition was smooth and easy. Quite apartment setting in a neat neighborhood and is very walkable. Great for a short term lease. Would recommend."
