"This apartment, condo, individual homes complex is fabulous. The location is fabulous in Charlottesville, Virginia! I can be anywhere in only two miles! The Leasing office has outstanding staff and manager, and they all are exemplary employees! They are always very concerned about the residents! The Clubhouse is lovely and residents can reserve private space for family gatherings! The Maintenance staff is great and always ready and eager to help residents! The grounds, dog area, etc. are always well maintained with flowers all abound! The salt-water pool area is lovely, and I enjoy sitting there a lot! It’s a pleasure to live here! I love my two-bedroom apartment. - Betty Ray"

"Archer at Brookhill Apartments are excellent apartment homes in Charlottesville, Virginia. The administrative team and staff are awesome. I would like to say a special thank you to the professionalism and leadership of Emily, Emma, and Crystal in the office and Josh and Shane, the maintenance team, along with Augustin the groundskeeper. What I love about the property is the quiet and safe atmosphere, kind neighbors, adorable dogs and cats, great salt water pool, fitness room, place to wash your car and all the different types of floor plans and private garages available. The property is also ideally located near the Charlottesville airport and various malls, and shopping centers. It is the best that Charlottesville has to offer."

"There’s no place I’d rather be than Archer at Brookhill!!! I came out to Charlottesville for a new job at UVA and Archer was one of the first apartment complexes I visited. After my tour, I Immediately knew that this was the place for me. Their gym has an impressive wide select of workout equipment, and I also enjoy cooling off at the pool on my days off along with grilling onsite. Although, my favorite amenity has to be the car wash and vacuuming station; I think it’s so unique to have in a community, but oh so handy and convenient. I couldn’t be happier than I am living here at Archer."
