"I had a great time living at Longview Oaks Apartment! I was there for almost 2 yrs and had it not been for issues at my workplace..I would have continued living there! The apartments are good size, worth the rent money and scenic views surrounding make living totally worth it! I have moved around a lot in USA and I must say the condition in which Longview Oaks apartments gave me the apartment as new, during move in, taking care of all nitty gritties I have never had that experience before ever. Special mention to Cary and Ray (maintainance guys) for always being there and prompt professional service anytime anything was needed. Daniel at the leasing office was great help too with any accomodations needing to be made! I miss everyone there a lot.. you all are amazing! thank you very much for everything.. if I ever come to Harrisonburg you will be my first choice hands down!"

"Great neighbors, beautiful area. No complaints about the apartment (though more closets would be cool). Daniel is a great landlord. Plenty of cats and animals wandering around, but no mice or roaches. Can't hear the neighbors through the walls and there's ample parking."

"Amazing does not even begin to describe my partner and I’s experience at Longview Oaks. The community is clean and quiet, and we always got super lucky with our neighbors (who were always very nice!). The leasing office staff are kind and professional, and will happily answer any questions you may have. Daniel R., the property manager, was especially great to work with. We always knew we could take any questions or concerns to him and have them answered promptly. We were at Longview Oaks for two years, and after the first year wanted to move to a larger unit. Daniel made the process incredibly smooth and continued to offer his support whenever we needed it. As for maintenance, the staff members we interacted with were nothing but polite, professional and efficient. Concerns were promptly addressed, and they really went above and beyond with their jobs. They would always ask if we needed any more help, and make sure things were addressed to our satisfaction. Both apartments we had during our stay were clean and well-maintained. While there were minor issues here and there (as there would be in any apartment), they were always resolved quickly. Rent payments were easy and processed fast. We didn’t make much use of the pool and fitness center, but they always seemed pretty nice when we did. We definitely felt like we had a great quality of life while living in Harrisonburg thanks to Longview Oaks and everyone there!"
