"I like this practice and the doctors. However, the billing practices are horrible. This is the 3rd time that we’ve had an appointment but wasn’t made aware of a bill due until the day before & they wanted payment before seeing my child. How do you expect me to pay and have money for a bill that you sent 2 days ago. The bill was for something months ago and we never received anything by mail or email until literally 2 days before my babies appointment."

I have been bringing my children here for years and all I have are great things to say about this clinic. All staff go out of their way to help their patients. "I loved this practice when I first brought my child there but over time the experience has changed and not for the better. First off, several of the providers at the Chesapeake office have left and while their profiles have been removed, the profiles for the providers who replaced them have NOT been posted. These are quite a different caliber of provider. Very little cultural competence to be found. There have been multiple offensive interactions. It's like they have a checklist based on the child's age and completely ignore the reason the appointment was made. Assumptions have been made about our diet combined with our ethnic background and they seem to think THEY get to make some of my care choices for my children. Dr. Curry is great on her own but she's hard to see and the other providers are a turn off. I'm investigating a new provider for my children."
