"My son just finished his first 12 week session and is about to start his second. We love our SLP and the office. Everyone is always friendly, appointment changes take a little time but it’s understandable with the amount of flow this office has. The services my son is receiving are really helping him, he has greatly improved."

"The Therapist and her assistant were great. Very friendly and helpful. However, the front desk staff are very unorganized and do not communicate well with each other or patients. My 7 month Olds appt was on a Monday. I was told the staff would call me to schedule his treatment plan. They left a voice mail on Tuesday, however I was at work and could not answer or call back before they closed so I called first thing Wednesday morning. The lady who answered said I couldn't schedule without being called from the staff. I said I had been called and she said, well there is no note of that so I can't schedule you. She stated some other girl would be in in about an hour and she would call me back. Well, here it is Thursday evening and still no call to schedule my baby for his needed treatment. Obviously they couldn't care less to keep patients. Guess we will have to find someone else."

"Everyone is very helpful and friendly. There is a waiting list for most services, but the wait is worth it for the care the children receive."
