"Changing pediatricians!!! They don’t answer the phone!! I’ve been calling for two consecutive days!!! NO ANSWER!!! Then when they do answers and you final get to make an appointment, it’s like a month away (I get it!! Everyone’s booked) but when you get to the appointment you have to WAIT for 1.5 hours sometimes 2.5 before you even see the doctor!!!! I’ve had to walk out many times because I couldn’t wait any longer, I have other kids and things to do. I shouldn’t go to an appointment at 9am and leave at noon or later. Overall, she’s a great doctor and very knowledgeable, she’s thorough and passionate about her job. She just needs better help, she’s the only doctor their most of the time but her nurses and MAs suck!!!"

"Only problem I had is my appointment has been months in advance and the day of my appointment I get a call literally when I'm about to Walk out the door saying oh we cancelled and gotta reschedule for next month????how when u jus confirm it Wednesday nobody called then and said anything smh.,and then said oh make sure ur 15mins early on ur next appointment but u jus cancelled on me same day if it was me i would have been charged 50$."

"I took my granddaughter there. The room we were placed in had mold all over the walls. The floors were very dirty, after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes, she was crying inconsolably so we left without being seen. Worst experience in a Dr office!"

"The Dr is good however they are only good if you actually get to see them. I don’t know who manages this office if anyone but there is no reason my kids and I are here for two hours or more every time when it’s not even busy. If I’m ever there less than two hours, it is because I’ve gotten fed up and left. I shouldn’t have to block out my entire day just for one doctor’s appointment."

"Dr. Arietta is awesome! She has been my son's doctor since he was a baby and he is currently 13. They have a great relationship and she has always made him comfortable and shows how much she cares about her patients. A great doctor!!!"
