"Unhelpful girl working there Just lazy and don’t bother to make an effort to do her job What’s the point of having an appointment when in fact she will give you the same rates that you can literally see online She said we have to book an appointment because she has to make a call to get a good deal, but when we get there she just browse her system and quote me the same rates as I can see in disney cruise website. She said we will have to wait long if we call disney for better rates, like girl what’s the point of me driving all the way ft eustis when you will not help? Do your job better. She don’t deserve to be there"
