"Update: 2/1/24 This place honestly gets better and better. My daughter had heart surgery and Dr.Lee has been by my side through every single little thing. I have never found an office more caring about their patients than this one. She has never once made me feel unheard or dismissed and takes everything I say seriously. I love it here at this office. WOW! Exceeded every expectation I could’ve possibly had. The office is so calm and child friendly, the rooms were completely decorated for the kids. Dr.Lee was exceptional beyond words, so kind and thorough and reassured all my worries as a mother. I think we found our permanent spot!"

"We learned about the practice 6 months ago when my daughter was born. We’ve had the pleasure to see Dr. Blakey at each of our 3 visits and enjoyed seeing Dr. Lee to get out baby’s ears pierced and once for an ear infection same-day appointment. We love their thorough explanation at every visit. Every room has a different theme, which my kids enjoy. Also, the app is super helpful to stay communicated with the office, schedule appointments, obtain records, and search there’s a whole glossary of sickness and treatments to keep parents informed when symptoms arise. Highly recommended!"

"I want to start by saying Dr Blakey is an amazing Dr. this review is not to reflect him or Dr. Lee. They are both very thorough, they take their time to ensure all questions are answered and follow up on every concern. This review is concerning the Practice manager, Jessica. The beginning of November, both my children became sick with flu/covid symptoms. During Thanksgiving week, they were not better, but worse. I reached out to make an appointment for one of my children, on the Tuesday morning before thanksgiving. They offered me an appointment the next day which is perfectly acceptable being a holiday week, however I had an appointment and other things going on that day so I declined and said I would take them to Med express. Again, I don’t fault them for not having a same day appointment. This was a busy week for everyone, including illnesses. So I called their previous pediatricians office, after trying backed up urgent cares, which is a much larger practice of 20+ providers, and they were able to see them both on that Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Apparently I broke an unknown rule, because today after my 2 year olds well child check we were discharged from the practice and given 30 days to find another practice. Right before the discharge from Jessica, I got a message from Jessica asking why I was unable to be seen there that week. I responded to her, but I don’t think she really cared to hear my side of the story and the why. My kids are #1. I didn’t see reason to go to the Er for the symptoms they had, but they did need to be seen that week. My daughter ended up with an ear infection she had to take 4 rounds of antibiotics to get rid of. So take this as a warning I guess. If your kids are sick, and you are unable to get in anywhere, Jessica will discharge you if you see another pediatrician elsewhere. Also, I can’t for the life of me figure out why she asked my story if she sent the discharge out before I even responded with my side of the story. We are highly dissatisfied, disappointed and shocked we lost access to our loved pediatrician, due to Jessica’s haste in discharging us. I would have totally understood if we were discharged by receiving routine medications from another provider, but not for a sick visit."

"We recently transferred to Complete Care for Kids and to say I am blown away would be a tremendous understatement. We have met with Dr. Lee as well as Dr. Blakey for our children. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I did not know how bad our previous care was until we went here and I realized this is how a Pediatrician's office SHOULD be. The rooms are child friendly as are the entire staff. Jatimil at the front desk is so communicative and prompt in her responses and really does her best to work with your schedule as does Jessica who is the Practice Manager. You are always greeted upon arrival and there is no wait to be seen, I cannot stress enough how thorough the entire staff is. The nurses are so sweet with the children and patient! It is also the simple things like having an online tour so you can show your children what the practice looks like, this is so vital if you have any kiddos with anxiety or fear of going to the Doctor. I wish I had found this practice sooner, I have already received so much information in just a few visits and feel confident in the plan for my children and that is because of Dr. Lee and Dr. Blakey."

"I love coming here. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Any time I reach out with questions, I get answers back extremely quick. The doctors hear us out and never make us feel like a number. I definitely recommend this office. I’m glad we moved from our previous doctors office to this one."
