"Worst hotel ever!! And if you go through Priceline they get their money off the top it would’ve been $75 cheaper if I would’ve went there and booked the room and if I would’ve done that I would’ve asked to see the room and there’s no way I would’ve ever Paid for this room it was dirty the freezer was a frozen block of ice there were bugs the stools were broken. There was mold and mildew, no dishes. The kitchen consisted of a one burning burner no paper towels, no cups the phone line didn’t work in the room. There were two beds in the back bedroom with no TV, one bed in the front room with the TV so if anyone wanted to watch TV, everybody had to sit on the one bed because the two barstools for the counter were broken and not sturdy to sit on the whole hotel, needs to be remodeled or torn down The sad part is when I booked it my dumb tail. There was no cancellation because it was last minute. I will never do that again. Lesson learned."

"This place was, without a doubt, the WORST room my family and I have EVER run across! Between the giant roaches, the disgusting vents, and exposed wires hanging out of the uncovered electrical outlets, it's hard to imagine any human being would charge $95.00 a night for this place."

"The roaches are crazy they every where including the refrigerator... The mold is so nasty it's in the vents blowing it clogs you up and gives you a headache can't sleep due to air condition is a fan that blows through a vent full of mold.(Doesn't cool) none refundable so you have to deal with it can't do anything about it on no level sleep n your car or stay out all day n night. I left all my stuff n the car until I needed it and then the parking so tight it's crazy don't b a plus size man or woman you will not get in your car."

"Located just one block behind Atlantic Ave this is a great location in a decent end of Virginia Beach. About 2 or 3 blocks from the 14th street pier. However...the parking is listed as free and does not state there is a room limit. We had 3 rooms reserved and had to pay $30 to park an extra vehicle in an overflow lot. I don't have an issue with paying, I have an issue with being told the parking would be free for my party. We booked for a group of 15 people. ALSO they have roaches and are not interested in getting rid of them so stay at your own discretion. Rooms are totally run down and hot as hell because the air is not working properly or something. Our phone jack and a fire alarm were just ripped out of the wall. One of the rooms had a huge hole in the back of the door and blood on the floor. It seems the staff, which appears to be a husband and wife team, are trying but are not quite able to accomplish everything alone. I only stayed one night and seriously considered driving back to NY at midnight to avoid staying. Not impressed."

"Very, very disappointed. I have never been in a roach infested, humidity, mold room. I have stayed in older, but clean motels. The bathroom had mold. The roaches were everywhere. In the fridge, in the bathroom, the kitchen floor, the kitchen counters. It was awful. The humidity was awful, very thick and heavy at night. Wish I'd thought of getting a refund while we were still there, but we weren't there most of the day. Please, please beware of the of the ROACHES! unfortunately i also didn't take photos."
