"School nurse checked my 10 year old daughters ear because it started bleeding (she got tubes in her ears in July 2019). School nurse said she saw one of the tubes still in her ear. Set up an appt, but her usual Dr wasn't in so we saw dr Soriano. Dr swore there wasn't a tube in my daughters ear and that her father must have scratched her ear while cleaning it. Took her to her ENT (Dr lenkoswki... love him). He immediately saw the tube in her ear. She just had surgery to remove it. How in the world did she miss seeing it when no one else had an issue and seen it immediately?!?!?!?!?!"

"My son seen Dr. Soriano on Monday of this week and it was the worst experience I have ever had with all three of my children in all of their years. Dr. Soriano asked my son if he liked boy or girls.....highly inappropriate! She also told my son he was "chunky" which he is mostly muscle and very little fat. He plays travel baseball and has been doing football agility drills all summer. When we got to the vaccination part of the visit she kept pushing me to get the HPV vaccine for him which I refused. She insisted on pushing her beliefs on me by giving me paperwork on the vaccine and also giving me paperwork on a healthier lifestyle for my son to go by. I made sure I went up front to talk to the office manager which was very helpful and she agreed to put in my childrens files that they were not to be scheduled with her again."

"My 17 year old daughter saw Dr Soriano just this morning for the first time. Shelley Byrd was my daughter’s previous provider but she retired, we had to to choose a new provider so we chose her, since my daughter wanted a woman dr again. We came in for my daughter’s check up. Immediately, Dr Soriano started pushing vaccines on us and attempted to make me, as a mother, feel guilty for not wanting my daughter to have the HPV vaccine. She proceeded to “warn” me that schools were going to start requiring the HPV vaccine in the next couple years. My daughter is fully vaccinated already for the required vaccines for school. Also, in front of my daughter, she said she was “on the heavy side”, which she is NOT, which made my daughter cry and scared to eat the rest of the day. I do not recommend Dr Soriano to anyone, adult or child. Terrible terrible bedside manner and she should be ashamed of herself. I am thinking about switching my daughter to Lewis Gale for the remainder of their pediatric care."
