"I felt talked down to during my whole exam. I even mentioned the tinnitus I was having and he really couldn't be bothered. When I went to order my hearing aids, they forgot to remove their price on them and she quickly deleted. She was embarrassed I saw the difference between their price and what they charge a patient. The mark up was unbelievable. Went to Costco and got a better hearing test and the same aids for a fraction of the price. Won't go back to Bayview"

"I met Dr. Berry for the first time yesterday. Due to a bad experience from another provider I was extremely nervous and my anxiety was on a trillion. I must say his bedside manner is really good. He was patient and talked me through the process and everything went smoothly."

"My son and I are both patients at Bayview ENT. Dr. Murrell and his nurse Cassie do a great job with follow up post surgery for my tonsils and Dr. Kuhn’s nurse Anthony is so great with my two year old! When a certain pediatric group in the area couldn’t see my son for more than 2 months Lori at the front desk was able to get him in, surgery scheduled, and two follow-ups before his original appointment with the other group. Highly recommend this team!"

"I've only had one visit, but I had a great first impression and felt like my time was respected. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks time, and asked to be put on the cancellation list for anything that came available sooner. Sure enough, the patient coordinator called and offered me to come in sooner (which ultimately saved me from taking time off from work). The doctor seemed to have my best interest in mind, and took the time to answer the questions I had and thoroughly explained all of his recommendations. They take appointments every 15 minutes, so to truly feel like I was of the utmost importance in that time is important to me, and my doctor didn't disappoint! I have a followup visit within the month, and expect nothing less than my first visit, should something change I will be sure to update/edit this review!"
