"Let me start by recognizing Dr. Piccioni for being the best doctor I’ve had my entire life! After multiple appointments, I leave the office feeling heard and cared for. I am thankful to have found a doctor like Dr Piccioni! I am impressed with his level of knowledge and attentiveness to my care and needs. My husband and son are now also official patients too! I wouldn’t let them go to any other doctor! My hubby shares the same sentiment about his level of service. I would highly recommend Dr Piccioni! He absolutely delivers world class medical service and genuinely cares! I can’t say enough how pleased and happy we are with the care we have received from Dr Piccioni! THANK YOU! "Such a HEADACHE contacting the front office. This is not the first time I've had issues with getting my REGULAR prescriptions filled. My pharmacy contacted me regarding the issues with the prescription line and faxes getting answered. I can agree with this because I've had issues myself getting a hold of them. I just called the front desk to talk about the issue and the employee (Alisha) kept talking over me and proceeded to send me the prescription line voicemail. I tried explaining that I took my last pill today and needed the refill today. I explained to her if this was going to be this difficult and if i miss taking my meds that i would be forced to look into another PCP. she said that's fine, would you like to tell Dr. Paulson your transferring pcp's. She said it in the most degrading tone. Dr. Paulson give you wonderful & Truthful treatment but her staff will leave you with anxiety and frustration. Update: Alisha put misleading information in my client profile stating I was switching providers. Then after I asked over and over for her to not lie and twist what I said, she kept talking over me until she hung up on the phone. 0/5 professionalism! 0/5 human decency, 0/5 medical practice. No matter how much I appreciated dr. Paulson. I’ll never step back into this place of business because of the office staff."

"Dr Paulsen is very thorough with her examinations and treats you as a person, not just another patient. I appreciate the fact that everyone here is respectful of your time, and the appointments are on time with very little wait. The staff here has always been very accommodating whenever I needed their assistance."

"Was prescribed a medication from Dr Pulsen and was told to that this medication cannot be stopped cold turkey. I informed the office I was on my last pill and had no refills left according to the pharmacy. It took 6 days for them to respond to me and their response was I need to come in for a follow up before she would write a new prescription. I informed the office that I will be travel in the next for days for a month so I can’t make it in. The response was, then she won’t give you a new prescription. After I expressed my frustration with that response, I was informed that they will not see me anymore. So does this practice actually care about the people they take on? From my experience no. This isn’t the first time I have heard this about them and I experience similar when my wife tries to get a prescription last year. What doctor prescribes you a medication and tells you to make sure you don’t just stop taking it and then allows you to go 6 days without it and then forces you to come in to get more or other wise they won’t write you a prescription essentially allowing you to go without more. After they kicked me out they wrote a prescription for 30 days knowing I will run out while out of the country and no time to find a doctor before I leave."

"I was a patient of Dr Paulsen for several years but, after a recent visit I could no longer take the mistreatment and rudeness of the staff. Dr Paulsen was demeaning and classless in the way that she spoke to me after this last visit. My husband was also a patient at the practice and had seen Dr Picconi several times and had tried to tell me about how awful he was treated so, he was not surprised when I told him that I walked out in the middle of a visit due to the way I was treated. Please beware! This is a "family" run business - NOT a family practice that you should take your family to. Its really sad to see how they treat their patients."
