"I love this practice. Dr. Chris is amazing. He is quick, to the point and very knowledgeable. He has seen me on short notice many times and helped me when others wouldn’t. After I had my son I had a terrible skin infection. My OB told me to go to urgent care, they couldn’t see me. I called this practice almost in tears and Dr. Chris saw me within 2 hours. I cannot recommend this practice and doctor enough."

"I talked to Jay, one of the Patient Advocates who was able to get me in to see a Dr at the last minute because my eye was bothering me. Both girls working at desk were very nice; no sooner than I checked in and sat down my name was called to see the Dr. Nurse Mckella walked me back and made small talk as she took my vitals, she was fun and made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a patient, within 5 minutes the Nurse practitioner Mrs. Aseema, I believe was her name, came in to exam; she quickly diagnosed my problem and was very helpful in explaining what was going on, she told me to come back if anything changed with my eye. I was very pleased with how I was treated for this visit and recommend others to this office."

"I used to love this office Dr.Shick was fantastic unfortunately after her leaving the practice I now absolutely dislike this establishment. It’s extremely hard to get anything done and people do not return phone calls. I’ve been trying to get an appointment to refill my medication for almost 2 weeks and have been given the run around with people saying they will call back. Also the doctor I saw stated he read my chart and then knew nothing about my file when we were talking."

"Is amazing. This office is still capable of being incompetent even after we’ve switched providers. First thing, you can never get an appointment. And if you need one, expect to spend a minimum of 20, minutes on the phone. They also did not inform us that our doctor left the practice which left my toddler without a doctor. But don’t worry, they’re happy to send you to urgent care. Horrible bedside manner. The front desk staff has always been so rude. And here we are, 600 miles away, 8 phone calls later, and they still haven’t sent over my daughters shot records to her new pediatrician. Even though the peds have sent formal requests and I have called. What a joke. I see why our doctors left the practice. Avoid. Run. Don’t use any office under bayview if you want someone to care about your health."
