"This is the most unprofessional medical practice I’ve ever experienced. I’m an insurance agent and my client went to this practice with this new Medicare supplement insurance. Pa if anyone knows about Medicare, you’ll know that once you have a Medicare supplement you can see ANY doctor in the country that accepts Medicare because that is now your primary insurance. The Medicare supplement is secondary. But my client was torched Way by the front desk lady named Allison because she said she couldn’t locate an address for the supplement company. Even though my client showed Allison an image of her supplement card since she hadn’t received her hard copy in the mail yet. And yet Allison still gave my client the impression she couldn’t see her doctor. When I called the office and spoke to Allison she was dismissive of my suggestion that she should not have given my client the impresión she couldn’t be seen. Or my suggestion that she could have had my client email the office the copy of her card. So I asked to speak to the office manager Kat. And Kat was THE WORST, most unprofessional office manager I’ve ever experienced. When I first spoke to Kat to explain what happened she cut across me and wouldn’t let me speak before hanging up on me."

"I really love Dr. Mannix she is so thorough. The phlebotomist is amazing, I have a severe needle phobia and she is the most understanding and patient person. It is a small office with a lot of patients so yes there are longer delays with contacting someone but it's totally worth it to me"
"I have been a patient here for over 30 years. Dr Harrington retired and the Nurse practioner quit. I’m fed up with having to make multiple calls for drug refill and referrals. No one responds to calls or messages on the portal or the voice messages for days. Leaving this practice as soon as I can get into a Sentara practice. Waiting over a month to get my husband a order written for cardiac stress test. Called and texted every other day. Poorly managed practice. I wish the new practioner better luck with having any autonomy at this place. Steadily going downhill. They will be losing an entire family and extended family."
"This review is difficult for me because the care I get from my healthcare provider is the polar opposite of the care I get from the front desk. I LOVE the nurse practitioner, Katherine and her medical staff. She is one of the best and most caring providers who really goes above and beyond. However, the woman who works in the back (the front desk but in the back of the office) is consistently very rude and condescending. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day, but it has been every time I have dealt with her. Having to communicate with her every time I go in is enough motivation for me to change offices. It is also extremely hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone or get a call back."
