"I have always liked Chesapeake PF as the preferred urgent no-appointment-needed treatment facility. All of the encountered staff have shown mannerisms and provided care above expectations. Mr. Santa, FNP is my latest attendant as of 1/26/24. He is friendly and professional as I have experienced with others. Your patient acceptance policies are top-notch. "Went in for sever pain 2 hour wate ,the crackpot doctor give me cough drops was not coughing, been better off going to a vet. Politics over medical care so ashamed of my city and state so I lay in pain still haven't coughed.say no to the covid shot you'll get the same non med.care.same with the hospital across the street same exact Treatment . Update still in pain so discouraged with this doc in a box don't waste your time with these clowns in a suit sucking off your insurance for little or no treatment. Unbelievable."

"Had a good experience at this Patient First location. Everyone I interacted with was personable and professional. Yasmine (might have her name wrong) especially was so wonderfully pleasant, which is not something I thought I'd ever say about someone drawing my blood. And thank you Dr. Rodriguez for taking the time to explain my results to me. It didn't feel rushed like some doctors tend to be. I went at a time that wasn't busy, so was in and out quickly."

"We are individuals whom are deaf, and we rely on lip reading or the presence of an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for effective communication. Unfortunately, the doctor present at the location was the only person who declined to remove their mask to facilitate effective communication. Instead, the doctor insisted on communicating solely through written notes, which is not an effective mode of communication for us. Everyone else had no problem removing their masks to accommodate our communication needs. Patient First should prioritize training its staff to properly accommodate individuals with disabilities. I strongly urge you to retraining this doctor on this. Additionally, I highly recommend that you should be considering the investment in a Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) system, as it is widely used by many other urgent care facilities and hospitals to assist individuals who are deaf."

"From beginning to the end the service I received was amazing. I didn’t wait long to get checked in. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant. The nurse Alexis White who helped Dr, Rodriguez was amazing. I had a painful procedure done and she comforted me the whole time I was going through it. Dr. Hiram Rodriguez was so knowledgeable and gentle. Together they made my experience one of the best I’ve had visiting a doctor’s office, urgent care or emergency room. They gave me great discharge care plans and I just really think it should be noted they were outstanding."
