"DONT schedule appointments here! Came for a TB test and showed up for my follow up appointment and no one was here. No cancellation test or anything. Now I Have to restart the entire testing process. VERY FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL."
"The first time I saw a provider here, she was so nice and helpful. This time I saw Megan Goodrich and I wish I could say the same. As soon as I walked into the waiting room, she stormed out of her office and asked me if I knew what time it was in an extremely rude and condescending tone. I was a few minutes late, but that is not a reason to try to shame a patient in front of the whole store. That is how our interaction began and it only got worse from there. She pointed to the kiosk and told me to “go over there and reschedule” because her next patient was in 20 minutes. I told her I was just there for a blood draw and a flu shot. She said, in the same rude and condescending tone, that 20 minutes is not enough time to draw blood and give a flu shot. If that’s the case, then that’s fine. That is not the issue I have. It’s the way she handled the situation that was totally uncalled for. There’s no reason for a medical professional to berate a patient if they are late. Period."
"I don't think I've ever left a review for anything, but this place is awful. I went to the minute clinic for a leg infection, just needed some antibiotics, but apparently walk ins aren't a thing these days. The staff were cleaning and not currently seeing anyone, and they said they could only see me if a spot was open on the kiosk. The next appointment was the following day despite no other customers being there. The next day they call 20 minutes prior cancelling my appointment. There is zero reason to go here instead of an urgent care. Patient First had a huge line and still saw me and handed me antibiotics within an hour. A couple weeks earlier I was released from a hospitalization and had to get a related prescription filled asap, and they said it wouldn't be ready for 3 whole days. CVS is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and does not deserve to be in network with Tricare, I would consider them not veteran friendly."
"I was nervous to come here bc of the terrible reviews but no other CVS had appointments. The waiting space was clean. I was seen by Morgan. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever dealt with in healthcare. Patient, friendly, and calming. Went in for a TB test. No wait time at all. Was able to fit me in to have my results read 48 hours later-also with no wait time."
"I have medical anxiety. I have panic attacks when I see the doctor. I can't help it, it's just a part of my life, and I didn't appreciate being lectured on my BP being high despite me telling the NP (Jennifer, I think) that I have an anxiety disorder and issues at the doctor. I didn't come in for you to lecture me on other health problems, I came for you to test me for a UTI and send me home with meds. Spent $174 for them to tell me I might have a kidney stone and to take ibuprofen. Never coming back."
