In and Out Express Care

"With hurricane Dorian bearing down on us, my 2year 11 month old started to run a fever of 102. Called his pediatrician and CHKD urgent care and found them to be closing down early due to the storm, I got lucky and found this place; or so I thought. After reading over their webpage and the reviews online I decided to make an appointment online. I uploaded the Insurance card information and headed out with family in tow to braving the wind and rain for this appointment. After waking in the door the first thing that was asked is "how old is the kid"? Such a warm welcome. After stating that he was 2 year and 11 months I was then told that he was to young and they don't see kids under "three". Well "In and Out" you got your name right on that one! Only took one minute and we were "In and Out". But what ticked me off is the fact that "In and Out's" website clearly says "We treat children as young as two years old" So which one is it? Two or Three? In and out just lost out on 5 new patient's and I'm hoping more after people read this review."

"The PA and the nursing staff there are great. The problem is Dr. Baddar. He has not once tried in regards to getting the proper treatment done. Claims 95% of people would be back to work right now after getting hit by a car, with it occurring in September, and to this day it's a struggle to even get in to my car. He has constantly tried to force me back to work and twice has it been reinjured, and all he says is to do the exercises he gave me before and after work and I'm good to go. To my face he has talked very disparaging about Physical Therapist's saying he knows how to better treat someone, told me that my pain is either in my head or it's comparable to 50 Shades of Gray with pleasure and pain, or that I just don't want to work. If at all you are given a choice to go see Dr. Baddar and anyone else, go see anyone else. He's not going to give you proper treatment or show you any respect."

"If I could give a negative rating I would. This is definitely not the place to go. They do the bare minimum if that. I went in with strep throat and they made me wait almost an hour even though no one else was there. Then they “checked” my throat and the test was negative even though I know it isn’t negative. And I also went to have my back checked after a ceiling fell on my back while at home and all they did was lift my shirt and say “you’re fine”"

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! Not sure why this place is rated so well. I came in to get a routine physical and drug screen for work and ended up waiting for over 3 hours. While I was waiting, patients that were ahead of me started leaving because they had been waiting so long. Patients that were in pain and here to get treated. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not be back to this location again, and never recommending it to any of my family or friends."

"They were extremely professional, called to confirm I had selected the correct location, helped me navigate insurance issues, and got me in and out in no time. Front desk staff was fantastic and friendly, and the PA was efficient and helpful. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes, after spending twice as long trying to get an appointment with my own dr. Really appreciate that I was able to get in and out and get what I needed. Thanks guys!"
