"Andrea Taylor is my mother’s NP, and in her last visit her demeanor and attitude was horrible- it was almost like we was getting on her last nerve. When we left my mother said you me, “I had some questions but she was so snappy, I just didn’t say anything!” A patient should never feel that way. I had questions and concerns as well - about a doctor she referred us to, she firmly said I NEVER DID A REFERRAL, I asked how could we go if she didn’t refer us. She looked again & said I cant talk to you about that. It was just a very uncomfortable visit. And I won’t even discuss the front desk staff - at the entire practice everyone acts like the patients are a bother. Just terrible!"
"I don’t understand what goes on there and yes sometimes it could be the patients fault. I ordered you my prescription on the fourth and here it is the 11th and it’s still not filled so I called and they told me it’s seven business days I didn’t know I was calling a lawyer I thought I was calling my doctor with a concern about a medicine that I needed to get filled by the 11th. I feel sometimes people at the front desk Make medical decisions and the doctor doesn’t even get the information at times. I truly believe that my doctor would not allow me to go seven days without my prescription. Am I the only one that this is happening to?"
"I had the absolute best experience today! From Marie at the front desk, to Jayda the nurse, my provider, and the Amanda in the lab. They were all so kind, considerate, and absolutely centered everything around patient care. I am so glad i was referred here!"
"Horrible!! I request my refills 1wk in advance so I will not go without it and that never helps at all. Then I send messages to ask when should I expect it and I get no response. My Dr is nice and but the nursing staff, they are rude is, give you attitude when you call!! No one should have to place a refill request in weeks in advance to not get it when its due! Im calling the regional office. This is sad!"
"I had a telephone appointment scheduled for a refill on my medication. I have been asking for them to fill my Rx for over a month now to no avail. They then canceled my appointment without informing me and I had to call their office during my appointment time. The lady on the phone was nice but could not help me too much. They are also hard to get a hold of as I had called the office many times before this to try to ask on my refills and eventually they scheduled me for a telehealth visit promising I would be able to talk to my doctor then."
