"Very difficult to schedule an appointment and backlog is roughly a month due to their scheduling system. When I do get through, I waited an hour on hold to be told that I either can’t make the appointment until next month or try calling again another day for a hopeful cancellation. I do understand the frustration and stress they deal with due to the backlog, but it is difficult to be seen for simple routine work. Once appointment scheduled, the experience is good and needs are met. Overall, staff is pleasant."

"Only place I have ever been that has a 5 min grace period, never has availability. If they do it’s months out. Says walk ins are welcome but in reality you’ll be there all day and could still not get seen because they only see you if someone doesn’t show up/is more than 5 min late. I would give negative stars if I could."

"If you call the phone number listed on the NMCP website, the automated recording states that walk-ins are welcome. I showed up to check-in on a Wednesday at 0800...everyone that was a walk-in was turned away, one-by-one. The lady that worked the front desk was rude. She told me to come back at 0645 the next day and that even then, I might not get seen. The earliest appointment was over two weeks out. It is sad that there isn't healthcare accessible in a reasonable amount of time in this area...and nobody is looking into it. If you don't have the capacity to handle walk-ins, change the automated message. You are wasting people's time."
