"From the moment I walked up to the check in counter it was a very pleasant and quick process. Mrs. Wanda was very helpful as well as resourceful. My lab tech Kia was very sweet, polite and gentle. Dr. Santiago was very helpful and made sure I was in a much better state of health leaving then I was when I came in. He took his time and explained everything that he saw from my x-rays, and he explained why I was feeling the way I was and how my body was reacting to the previous form a treatment prior to this visit. The staff and team got me in and out very quickly, while keeping me informed every step of the way. I would like to say thank you all for taking care of me and the so many other patients that you see on a regular basis. The staff at the chesapeake Taylor Rd. location is amazing!"
