"My kids have been coming here for over 8 years, and we have had mostly good experiences. Yes, they take forever for glasses to come and sometimes just forget to complete the order. Most of the ladies working at the front desk are nice except maybe 2 with horrible attitudes, seemingly for no rational reason. It seems through the years they make sure they hire at least one or two with really funky attitudes, but they don't last too long working there."
