"I have went here for years and I don’t recommend the doctor I personally went to . Dr. Marava to me, talks too fast and always seems to be in a rush. I always felt rushed and something about each experience I did not feel she cared for real . I waited super long in the waiting room each appointment . I ended up going somewhere else and switching doctors . My OBGYN at Chippenham , after the service , she brings me in her personal office where I actually sit down and express my personal concerns to her. A personal experience that I love and feel all doctors should do. I don’t feel rushed at all. I’m so glad I switched. We as Patients need to advocate for ourselves . If a doctor shows they do not care , SWITCH!"

"I did not want to give this place no damn stars. This has been the most horrible experience I have had with my pregnancy. The front end office staff are beyond rude and unprofessional. This is ridiculous you try to avoid it and pay it no mind the rudeness and unprofessional behavior is hard to ignore. I have walked out on appointments and even missed appointments due to the rudeness and unprofessional tone and behavior of so called adults. The RN nurse for my doctor is no damn different she is rude and unprofessional and always want to answer for Dr. The doctor is a good doctor but after this baby I will not be back. She has loss my services( not that it matter to them anyway) I have never experienced anything as such and this is not just one visit. This is a continuation of visits due to me being pregnant. Please find somewhere else to go because this is not the place. They try to make it out as if you are the problem don’t allow them to do that. Base on the reviews you can tell. This place has cause a great deal of stress in my pregnancy."

"If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I had my son 16 years ago & this office was great. Now pregnant with baby 2 & this is by far the worst office staff I have ever had to deal with. They are rude over the phone and in person. They would rather gossip or look at their phone. Dr was rude and mentioned miscarriage numerous times due to age (37). There is no communication between any one that works there. Waited over an hour to have blood drawn - which was a complete cluster due to receptionist not checking us in and then no order to have blood drawn even tho dr told us to walk over there. Blood lady was rude bc it was near closing. Scheduling ultra sounds to pair up with appointments was a nightmare. Place had me stressed to the max- I can’t imagine actually giving birth there with them. Switched to another practice and has had a totally better experience - welcoming staff and great dr. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going elsewhere!"

"During my first appointment my doctor left for over 30 minutes to deliver a baby. This was on top of the 30 minutes I already waited to see her. Granted, she was very knowledgeable and kind so this review isn’t about her, just the time management aspect of it all. I got scheduled for a second appointment for a further diagnosis and when I got there, they told me that the ultrasound tech called out and I had to reschedule. They did not call, I had to physically go in for them to cancel my appointment. I requested off work that day. They rescheduled my appointment for May. I got a call in April saying I missed my appointment.. what? I told them I have been waiting for this appointment and need to see the doctor as soon as possible as I’m having severe side affects. They told me there were no appointments until June… she told me I could speak to the office manager if I was upset and she transferred me. No one answered, it was just a voicemail. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. Overall I feel that this has been a very unprofessional experience. If it weren’t for the doctor that I am seeing, I likely would have found another place to be seen at."

"Dr. Howell has been my ob-gyn for over 20 years. He predicted both of my children’s delivery dates down to the day and both of them came perfectly on their due dates! He has always been mild mannered and answers any question I have had which has always been appreciated. In previous years I’ve always had a genuine experience here as well. The nurses have always been kind and the practice is super busy I’m sure for a very good reason. I at this point have no choice but to give them an A+."
