Bon Secours - The Perinatal Center

"Use to be VCU medical team with my previous pregnancy. Just recently went and they transferred over to their own Bon Secours team. I do not care for the doctor that I saw. She skipped over us purposely cause she thought we would be of longer of her time and I was the first patient there that morning. Took her 50 minutes with other patient and then finally came in and talked with us. For some really weird reason she told me to start taking a medication that I did not need to be taking per my normal OBGYN instructions as I do not have any current reason to be taking such medication. Nurses are awesome and so is the front desk."

"I was very nervous switching providers given the only other review on the center was 1 star but was extremely relieved after my visit. The front desk staff, ultrasound techs, and doctor were patient, knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to answer my laundry list of questions. they are just as concerned with making sure you have a great outcome as you are, even though everything ended up being fine in my case, they were very reassuring and I would not hesitate going back if needed."

"A doctor that Wife never saw before walked in the room, did not introduce herself, looked in the computer, said: “ everything looks normal, you have to come back in 1 week, do you have an appt yet?!”. Wife said: “ yes, I do!”. Dr. Said: “ok, see you in a week” and left the room."
