"Stay far, FAR away from this office. I have been trying for weeks to get my normal medical supply prescription refilled, and the lone, overworked doctor that sees you seems to be the single point of failure to get any of this done. If the doctor is out on vacation, no scripts. If the doctor doesn't work on Fridays, nothing. I am at the point where I am reusing my insulin pump supplies to stretch my existing scripts to the point where they might be able to be refilled, but I don't know. The operator is rude, and dismissive to the point of being patronizing in extremely dire situations. This isn't the first time having this issue with this office (my wife had a similar issue with her refill requests last month). Just do not go here unless you want to suddenly be stuck without your diabetes supplies and medication for an indeterminate period of time."

"Seeing Dr Sarah Lee was a complete waste of time and money. My PCP sent me to Virginia Endo because of lab results that were pretty obvious. I called them in October 2022 to schedule an appointment and got one for February 2023. After discussing my lab work and complaints with Dr Lee, I was hoping to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I got nothing but a "you're fine, come back in a year or when you feel much worse". Saying that I was devastated in an understatement. I felt ignored and not taken seriously. Now I'm seeing a doctor with 20+ years experience and they diagnosed me immediately, without even seeing my lab results. If you're looking for a young and cute and smiley doctor who listens to you but won't do anything to help you, Dr Lee is perfect. If you want someone to actually know what they are doing, look for a doctor with a little bit more experience! Also I would like to add that one lady (the one on the right) at the front desk is very rude just as well as the phlebotomist. Drawing blood shouldn't be this painful but she always made sure to puncture my vein, so I always left with a purple arm."

"My rating is due to this practices patient care staff. Dr. Phillips was very understanding and eager to help me with my concerns a year ago when I saw him, however, when I called about my yearly scheduled check up, I was told the exact opposite of what I was a year ago. To follow up with bloodwork results in hand, in one year..however when I called to reschedule my appointment to a better time and day I was told I was supposed to be seen in 6 months which is simply inaccurate. The very rude lady proceed to argue with me and talk over me as I tried to explain the situation as it is bit unique per Dr. Phillips himself. First, I called 1 week in advance and left a voicemail to get rescheduled, never got a call back. I called again 3 days before said appointment and no one answered again. Finally, I called a third time today (the day of my appointment) and the person helping from ext. 5003 with scheduling, the above mentioned very rude woman, decided to hang up on me after arguing, and being flat out rude. Between how awful the staff has been and them never answering the phone nor returning my voicemails I will not be returning to this office and gladly find elsewhere for my needs to be addressed."

"Dr. Brushed off my daughter after 3 month wait to get into the practice. Vit.D is in range and always low but she has to bring it up before the Dr. Will look at anything. Ignored prior bloodwork which sent her to endo in the first place! Total joke!! Waste of time and money. Practice promised the moon when I called and Dr. Is more worried about a follow up appointment in 3 months then ordering a basic scan to confirm diagnosis . My daughter deserved better care!"

"Very nice, professionally managed practice. Large staff, but they are very friendly and personable. Wait time for an appointment is minimal. Ample parking. Wish the waiting room had better chairs and magazines & charging stations."
