You can tell that she is very passionate about her job and has a genuine passion in helping others. She is straightforward in regards to her concern about her patients well-being & having a healthy lifestyle. The receptionist are always so welcoming and informative if there are any delays. The longest I waited for my appointment was about 15 mns, which is fantastic when compared to other doctor offices that I've been to. I totally recommend Bon Secours Short Pump primary care and go see Emmaline Shelnutt! She is GREAT!!!"

"Fantastic experience with Dr. Crawford. My first appointment, they were able to schedule the same week as I called. For the most part, this has been consistent and I’m able to schedule appointments very easily. Availability towards the holidays has been slimmer but workable. The front desk workers and nurses have all been delightful the times I have gone. Dr. Crawford listened to my issues (specifically my chronic back pain) and is very easy to communicate with. Immediately I was advised to get an x-ray, start PT, and see an orthopedic specialist for my back. She’s also been very helpful in other aspects of my health journey over the last year and I’m very grateful to have a PCP so easy to talk with and feel heard by."
