"My child was prescribed Concerta 27 mg for his adha diagnosis and the only medication we talked about starting him on was the Concerta. I get to the pharmacy and there's a second medication along with the concerta that we had not discussed in office called (Risperidone)... me then feeling perplexed and confused suspecting that she must have made a mistake, thinking what is this second one for as this med was not discussed in office. I get home and googled the medication and it shows that is for a condition that my son does not have which is (psychosis)!!! I put the Risperdone to the side and just give him the Concerta as we discussed in office, months later my son starts acting psychotic having crazy episodes, and had to be hospitalized twice and after several hospital stays injuring himself, and crazy episodes. I find out the Concerta causes psychotic episodes in which she never told me that was a major side effect and that must be why she secretly prescribed that along with the concerta! If she had simply been informative and explained to me why she had given him the risperidone with the concerta, it would have prevented a whole heck of a lot of inconveniences and trouble for my child. I am highly upset my son has never been admitted into any psych wards nor has he ever been psychotic until starting Concerta as Dr.Sogutlu simply never explained that that was a huge side effect. Seems to me she didn't want to tell me the Concerta was going to cause all of this which is why she's secretly sent risperidone along with concerta and I had no clue. I will be switching psychiatrist all this provider does is listen to me talk, and never explain anything neither is she informative about anything. She simply sends scripts and quickly sends us on our way."

"Incredibly bad experience. Every time I visit the waiting room is full of roughly 50+ people. Most of the staff is rude. The doctors all seem overtired and don’t really listen. My doctor takes about a week to return calls. I really would not recommend going here if you have a choice."

"I was able to get an appointment quickly with Manjit Sangha at the Midlothian location. I felt comfortable with her. Looking forward to feeling well soon with her help with medication management. The office staff was friendly too."

"I've come here now for like 2 years or so almost. Maybe a year and a half or so, not positive. I used to have more problems with the place, but the last 6 months or so, the place has been much better. The one time I did have to go in for an appointment, it didn't take that long for the wait at all. Every other appointment I do is over the phone, through Telehealth. The wait time for those appointments used to sometimes be a pain, but that has gotten better too. Same with people answering the phone there and giving you calls back when needed. They got better with that also I have noticed. This may not be everyone's experience with the place, but I have to be honest and say that I think they have improved. All of the problems I used to have with them, basically don't happen anymore, which is one reason I continue to go to them."

"I have been coming here for a little while and never had an issue with the ladies at the front. The ladies at the front desk are very attentive and friendly. I have been calling for a few months to get my son in due to lack of openings I haven’t been able to get an appointment. They went out of their way to call me and get me in when someone had a cancellation. Dr Cameron is also awesome! I highly recommend him. I have seen two other doctors here and he by far is my favorite. He listens and is very knowledgeable."
