"We called and left several messages and never received a call back. When we did call and someone answered we made an appointment, but it had to be with a counselor other than the one we were interested in. The person we spoke with said they would send us the bio on the new counselor, but we never received it. The day before our appointment we got a call asking to move the appointment later in the day because the counselor wasn't available at 8am, the time they gave us. So we moved the time to 9:30. The day of the appointment, at 9am, we got a call that the counselor was in an accident and asked if we could schedule later in the day. This facility appears on our insurance website. We put a lot of time into reading bios, trying to find the right fit for our family. Hopefully, no one else experiences this level of poor customer service."

"The staff will charge you for any little thing. You are unable to contact the Dr. or NPC directly as you have to contact their office assistant who may or may not return your calls but contact your via email. Ancillary Charges - phone calls $$$/min - note/ letterhead $$$ fee - paperwork $$$/min - canceling appointments $125 fee *They keep a card on file that you cannot remove. * Do not recommend. Do better. We live in a world where Mental Health has become a major priority and to be taken advantage of is by far the most egregious. As a first responder it is a disappointing reality that one day we the helpers will need help and unfortunately we don’t know if it’ll be payed forward. We sacrifice so much for the communities we tirelessly serve. God Protect Our First Responders and ALL men and women in uniform."
