"After going to my appointment to get my medication for blood pressure and diabetes, Dr. Lee Dixon and his nurses have said they have put my prescriptions through to my pharmacy. My pharmacy and I have called multiple times to the clinic, with them saying they have sent over the correction multiple times but never did. I have gone back 2 times and will be going back to the clinic again tomorrow to request my meds again that I am completely out of. Meds that are very dangerous to just stop taking. I have never experienced this before with any Doctor. Missing my meds for 3 days. I do not recommend this clinic and plan on finding another provider as soon as possible."
