"Very welcoming staff! Jen and Brooke were so nice, always happy and ready to help. Helped with my back pain. From stretching to exercising. Also showed me ways to do everyday activities that would help me so I do not put stress on my back. Dry needling helps so much on my target areas. Will be recommending to anyone who needs PT!"

"I've been to a few physical therapists in the past and this is hands-down the best physical therapist in the greater Richmond area. You can choose whether your exercises are sent to you via their website or printed. It's a small facility and they take cleanliness in their business very seriously. Jennifer is not only knowledgeable but very accommodating. For example, I struggle to lay on my stomach, and she modified a lot of exercises so that I could complete them without needing to lay like that. She answered every question I had with confidence and got me back on my feet in a few months. Jennifer helps you understand the reason why you need to do the exercises she gives, too, and did such a good job making me aware of what was wrong and how to fix it. Thank you, Jenn, and if I get hurt again I'll beg for this location again."

She is also funny, relatable, and has great bedside manner to make your experience the best. Brooke the receptionist is so kind, also makes great conversation, and makes you feel welcome. I had some last minute babysitter issues, and they were kind enough to print out a coloring page and give my son crayons to keep him occupied. Their care went above and beyond to get me back to a pain free life, and I couldn’t thank them enough!"
