"I wasn't even informed that the whole practice moved to Short Pump until I received a appointment reminder telling me where to go. Very unprofessional! I was already on the verge of leaving due to a unprofessional and rude nurse."

"I got a call on the way to my appointment that it was canceled and I would need to reschedule. Normally I am inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt yet from reading previous reviews I think this is an ongoing problem. If I were to cancel my appointment minutes before I would be charged a fee. Update: This is the third time in a row that I got a call while on the way to the doctor appointment that they are canceling the appointment. If I canceled an appointment without notice I would be billed. Avoid this practice!"

"The last nurse I had when answering questions about my lab results couldn't have been more disinterested in helping me. She also said well that happens as you get older. It's arthritis. Turned out when I went to an orthopedic specialist they advised me it was a hip impingement and arthritis at 33 was not the cause of my pain. Then the other time I called about a pharmacy change the same nurse exasperated that I had 5 pharmacies - with all the hate she could muster - to which she could've replied, ok let's fix it and do her job. Very rude. Glad I changed providers"

"We've been patients here for 6 years. At some point they joined a group, or hired an answering service or something. For the last 2 years it's been awful getting reliable service. I had an appointment today with Sommerville practice for my son - fever, sore throat, ear ache, etc...some lady from the service called to cancel his appointment and offered me an appointment next week - or the number of a walk-in clinic. Whatever. I'm done. We are leaving. We liked our Doc, but the systems are just ridiculous."
