"Great visit, front desk staff and XRAY staff were professional and quick, saw Julia Saddington who drained my knee and a shot of sterioids and had me on my way feeling much better. In and out in a hour."

"Think that you should put on the door that you do not provide pain medication ! Happy with being seen and time explaining everything. But you take an oath to help . Me going home and suffering 2 -3 days until steroids works is not professional care! I would like to see someone change this policy. The nurse said the steroids were for the pain ."

"UPDATE: DO NOT RECOMMEND. They completely missed a broken femur on the original X-ray. Perhaps if the receptionist would have actually passed my follow up call along they would have connected the dots. Absolutely furious. Called with follow up questions on a very recent appt and the front desk staff member that answered the phone was dismissive and not helpful. Did not get the answers I needed and she wouldn’t transfer or leave a message to anyone that could assist."

"I was recently seen for a knee injury and was told I had a MCL/ quad strain. They took X-rays and everything. They said nothing was broken. After I went to a specialist they reviewed the X-ray and saw a fracture to my femur (condyle). How was this missed? It was clear as day on the X-ray that a huge ‘pothole’ (bone) was missing off my femur. I am very confused as to how they did not see this. I did not get the treatment I think I should’ve gotten and now I’m having to pay for an MRI when this could’ve been avoided had they looked at the X-ray more thoroughly. Very disappointed."

"Great experience. The front desk tech seemed annoyed that I came into the practice at 5:30 pm and stated it would be an hour and a half wait, then asked if I was going to stay? However, everyone after that was helpful, concerned, and was genuinely nice, and it was only about 25 minutes until I was seen by triage nurse. X-Ray techs were quick and concerned about pain while taking pics. The PA fully went over the X-rays with me and showed me the fracture. He gave me options for stabilizing wrist since I was leaving on vacation next day. He was friendly and took time for questions. Appointment was set for follow up with doctor the following week, and I was out of there. I’d recommend to anyone in need."
