"I made an appointment online and filled out all my paperwork and questionnaires through the portal. My appointment was cancelled online 2 days before with no reason given and then no response to me asking why it was cancelled. As per owners response: I requested a reason through the very same portal I was informed through that it was cancelled and received no response. This is a lackluster excuse. They have my name via this review if they had any desire to reach out. Update: Was contacted today."
"Ashley W Provo, is how it will show as a pt. From the 1st appt I had to Communications with the doctor nurses and staff everyone has been so Perfessional, quick responses to any questions. Quinn Swneey is who I saw and again him and his staff A+. I've been dealing with multiple issues, back pain and I really feel like he listened and we're on the right track. Can't say thank you enough. Ashley"
"Dr Kerr was the best Dr ever. I had both hip replacements with him and he was fantastic. Thank you Dr Kerr and his PA was also fantastic!!"
"What a surprisingly delightful visit today with Caitlyn McPeters, PA-C in Dr. Bogle's office! Over the past several months I've experienced painful hands, wrists and fingers. I finally decided to see what was up and my PC doc referred me to Ortho Virginia at St Francis Medical Center. First I gotta say, I called on Monday, expecting to get an appointment several weeks out, but I was able to get in just 2 days later. Ya....Crazy, eh? I arrived on time, checked in with reception, was sent to the waiting area where I had to wait. I waited for an entire 5 minutes, if that long. I didn't have time to check my email...that long. I was directed to sit in room #21. Ok, so this was where I was going to have to actually wait, right? NO! Caitliyn McPeters, PA-C was knocking at the door, again, before I had a chance to check my email! Caitlyn was warm and comforting. She asked all the questions and then some. She confidently diagnosed my situation, which was different that my own assessment (go figure!) and offered several avenues to correcting my pain (or not!). I decided to go for the steroid injections, right there. My anticipated discomfort, was far worse than the actual sticks. I was super impressed by this facility and mostly by my new ortho pro! Caitlyn spent the time I needed to feel comfortable with my choices and decisions. I felt heard and did not feel rushed. While I didn't wake up excited to go see her, I am so glad I did. I'm team Caitlyn-Ortho VA all the way. Thanks so much!! P.S. Just 7 hours after the 2 injections, my hand feels amazingly better!"
"I have been a patient at OrthoVirginia at St Francis for several years. I can tell you that you must be on time or they will not see you. I learned that early on since I was new to the area and had trouble with directions. But, the staff if most helpful and very professional. Calling in to discuss a concern with your doctor via his nurse, is very easy. The doctors there are very qualified. Your wait to see your doctor is usually timely. They have a proven system of getting necessary X-Rays etc before the doctor sees you, so he has all the necessary data to make a plan of treatment for you. The only negative experience I encountered there was the Physcial Therapy Department. I was made a wrist mold to wear. Honestly, it looked like a kindergarten creation and the therapist jokingly told me when I asked how much was this “thing” going to cost me, he said $450. I nearly fainted. It was seriously the most primal creation I’ve ever had and it did indeed come thru my insurance and was indeed cost $450. I told my doctor of this experience, but he didn’t seemed concerned. Maybe, this is one of the reasons why our insurance premiums are so high. Otherwise, everything else is fine."
