"I am grateful that I found this office for my care. I had surgical wounds which were not healing as they should have, and seemed to be getting progressively worse as time went on. I sought help from other care providers; my primary, Urgent Care, & two different ER's. No one had the correct experience or knowledge to get me on the road to healing. The office assessed my wounds, and educated me as to the plan of action and how to care for my wounds. Within the first few days under the care of Dr Bagga I saw significant improvement. When I returned for my first week follow up, half of my wounds, which had been stagnant, had healed, and the ones remaining were well on their way! In addition to being knowledgeable, the entire staff is warm as well as professional; from the receptionist, to nursing staff , to the doctor. Which I found to be a welcome relief considering how intimate this type of care can be. This particular Bon Secours Wound Care Center is quite a distance from my home, but I gladly make the drive ,because I know that I am in the right hands, and receiving the best care. Thank you Dr Bagga and staff."
"He was pompous, uncaring, could not diagnose the problem. He spoke to his assistant as though the patient was not in the room. Inspite of seeing a red knee with pus drainage he said there was nothing he could do and was dismissive of other doctors opinions. He needs to retire for the safety of his patients"
"I was referred here for treatment of a developing lymphedema situation in my lower legs. The care, professionalism and advice was first rate, and resulted in successful control of the condition with continuing self home care. Insurance matters were facilely handled. Highest regards for the staff, wound care nurses, and doctors at this location."
