"I recently visited the comprehensive neurology clinic in the silver spring location and I have to say I can’t thank you enough. The front desk welcomed me with a professional manner. Miss Camila Fernandez who guided me through out the paper work process, scheduling, and more. When I was there the doctor really listened. She asked questions, finding the best ways to help with my health issues. This clinic amazed me."

"Negative stars for this facility. "Comprehensive" in their name is a misnomer. They provided prescriptions and orders for service with errors of the patients name, address, date of birth. My numerous attempts to rectify these issues have not been adequately addressed two weeks after the initial office visit. There never seems to be anyone in the office to answer calls and messages for the doctor, physician's assistant, nurse are never returned. Dr Rafiq, who seems to be the only physician at the facility, attended my needs with professionalism but follow up and more 'comprehensive' attention was non existent. How this office continues to operate is beyond me. FYI: I am the caregiver for Recarter Robinson, who is the patient I referenced earlier in this review. I attempt to act as a liaison between the healthcare providers for Mr. Robinson who has slight cognitive impairment and severe physical disability as the result of a stroke. I am amazed that these posted reviews generated such a quick response. My hope is that this will trickle down to the office and support staff."

"Same problems as discussed below. I called to schedule a follow up appointment multiple times, left a voicemail, and no one returned my calls. The doctor I saw also was not comprehensive at all and seemed quite dismissive of my case. Clearly they have not been "striving to improve" by any means. I have happily found a new neurology group who seem to care much more. I also saw a dentist in this same building who was awful (found a new dentist who is MUCH better). Save your time and just don't go here for anything."

"No callback = 1 star. I was referred to Dr. Rafiq by another Dr. I called and left a message. Never got a call back. If these doctors don't care enough to manage their staff or their messages, they probably don't care about their patients, either. Moving on."
