"BEWARE OF FALSE REVIEWS… this practice “Cancels and reschedule appointments”often. Despite making an appointment 2 months in advance, my appointment has been rescheduled 2 times and canceled the third time without notice. It appears that doctors at this location call out often and the staff are not apologetic. However, if you are late, they will cancel or charge a $50-$100 fee (according to their policy). I’ll just take my business and healthcare elsewhere."

"been coming to this practice for years (started in woodley park) and the doctors are great. this year, my husband and i had physicals but got bills from labcorp for blood work because they were coded incorrectly by this office (they should be free under aca-confirmed by my insurance). i have been trying to revolve this matter with CPC for weeks and it still is not fixed. i understand that they are busy but the office is so difficult to work with (hold times, circular forwarding, no responses after emails/phone calls). the fees we are being charged are not exorbitant but I am concerned that this mistake is collectively costing patients a lot of money."

"Always on time for appointments. Staff and Doctors take their time, listen and care. Additional follow up calls have been received on any concerns raised or issues to be addressed. Prescriptions are sent immediately. I’ve seen several different doctors here - male, female, international and mixed races. This is a diverse, informed, caring and strongly networked group."

"I do not recommend this practice. The day of my appointment when I arrived they stated they do not accept my insurance. The most irritating part about this is- not only is this a rescheduled appointment but I also provided my group number of my insurance for them to verify that information prior. They also kept the wrong phone number on file so every time to tried to login onto the portal the system kept saying the information was not found. I called twice to have them update the information and no one did. Just for me to arrive at 7:10 am and they expressed they do not accept my insurance. Unacceptable and unprofessional."
