"I went here after hurting my rotator cuff while lifting. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and Samantha got me on track with a series of exercises to progressively restore my mobility and eventually my strength. She also helped me work through some strain in my adductor muscles, which have now all but completely recovered. I found dry needling treatments effective as well. Would recommend."

"At the end of July 2023 I had a full knee replacement and soon thereafter started sessions at Pivot Physical Therapy in Falls Church, VA. My twice a week sessions ended on November 21, 2023 except for a 10-day break for complications unrelated to the knee injury. Thus, I had approximately three months of supervised therapy at Pivot. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs professional care in order to attain better mobility and strength after experiencing surgery or injury. The staff were very professional and attentive to my needs and were easy to communicate the problems I was having through the time period indicated. "Appointments were not recorded and times were different than scheduled originally. The staff was working with multiple people at once, which resulted in a mild injury. I had to adjust the equipment for my daughter, because her therapist was on the phone and not paying attention, which was before the injury. It’s important to watch the patient to ensure they are staying in the proper position during the exercise. This was not done. The conversations in the office were often less than professional, and we will not go back. My suggestion for the office is if there is not front desk staff, don’t have appointments. At the same appointment an older patient was struggling in the heat waiting for a car. I wound up making sure the patient got a car and out of the heat. If this was my business I would have given the gentleman water, told him to stay inside, and paid for his car, instead of hoping they figured it out or that someone like me would come around to care."
