"I had a great experience with the entire process. It's so convenient to be able to renew my BLS virtually and from home at that! The process was quick and simple - they sent the mannequin's needed for the hands-on skill-check and went through the same videos and examples that I have seen during in-person renewal classes. The virtual skill-check took about 45-50 minutes to work through and the instructor was very polite and easy to work with. On completion, the box that the equipment came in has a return label, and everything just goes back into that box with the new label and gets dropped off at UPS. So easy!
