"Always a great experience. Well staffed and managed. Allow extra time to park and walk. Parking is guided and it is a nice wooded walk by a lake. You aren't allowed to bring coffee or tea to the seats. They sell it there so keep that in mind."
"The great performance, but unprofessional staff. The staff were unhelpful and had an entitled attitude. Additionally, the staff displayed a lack of respect and patience in how they were interacting with attendees; especially those who needed help from the staff."
"The variety of shows they have at the Center for the Arts is great. I always find a few things every year that I would like to see. They also have an awesome Family Series which has shows for my kids (age 7 and 10). And I think somewhat unique is their Artists in Residence program. You get to see the artist informally a few days before the show. They usually show some of their craft but also talk about it, with opportunities for questions. It adds a really cool dimension to the experience. And last but not least, it is easier to get to with a free outdoor parking lot (for us suburban folks)."
"Renee Fleming was great. However, I was not able to enjoy her performance in the way I would have liked. The elderly couple sitting next to us kept taking out their cell phones and making noise putting away their binoculars and unzipping and zipping a purse. The couple behind us would not stop talking and whispering. There's nothing worse than ignorant people with money. I am disappointed!"
"Hands down, one of my favorite venues. There is free parking in the k lot. The performances are always topnotch. I love the variety of pre - and post performance talks. I've learned a lot about the theatrical process. I've watched performances across many genres. Everything has been excellent."
