"Please DO NOT GO HERE! Disrespectful unprofessional front staff. I made appointment 3/17 for yearly visit & blood work, they asked me to change it to 3/11 and I did. When I get there on 12:40 fasting, the lady told me that the lab technician is leaving on 12:30, I asked her why you changed my appointment, she said I don’t know and I left the office. Now they sent me a bill instead of my insurance. This the second time I am facing the same problem. I called ask for the manager, said manager is not working on Saturday. Asked them to call me back, they did not. I called back and left voicemail for the billing department and front desk called me back and told that they will send me the billing department number, but they didn’t. I sent them massage through the portal and still waiting for the response. There are several other examples of front desk and by phone appointments staff not caring at all. Enough is enough. Non of my family members will go back there. They need to change their management staff."

"I absolutely LOVE this practice!! My whole family has been coming here since they opened up. They are like family here which i absolutely love. When my first child was born i wanted him to have a pediatrician that lasted for two days until I realized that Dr. Bommasani’s office is more than capable of taking care of my baby as well as the rest of my other kids. The staff is Polite, friendly, understanding, and Dr. Bommasani is so warm and very Compassionate which her staff is as well. Only downfall is sometimes The waiting room gets crowded and It seems like I am waiting 15-20 minutes for our appointment times. I’m guessing because they take walk ins and that could be the problem but that’s also a great thing, if one day you need a walk in appointment. There are also a few locations for this practice. This practice is definitely a 10 star!!! Dr. Bommasani knew what she was doing when she went into medicine."

"The Doctors and the staff are the best of the best !! I have been bringing my kids here for years!! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. My daughter recently saw the NP RiZ at the Hoadly office and he is OUTSTANDING!! He made her feel so comfortable!! I highly recommend this office!!"

"Hillendale Medical has such great staff they are all very friendly and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions. The office was busy but the staff managed to get me in and out with 30 mins. But even when they are busy they are willing to squeeze us in. But Now i see why the are busy because everyone wants to see them they are amazing"

"By far the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and the wait is over 20 mins. I couldn't get a refil on my medication for 2 weeks all because the office couldn't call to let me know that I needed to have a follow up appointment in order to receive a refill on my medication smh. The Hispanic lady at the front desk argued back and forth with me for a good 10min because I never recived any type of phone call from them saying I needed a check up.."
