"I was very disappointed. The room was infested with roaches. The person in charge of the property was not very clean or courteous. The hotel personnel went into our room while we were gone, without our permission. They have a lot of homeless people living there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The lady was very kind, she always checked up on us and always asked if we needed extra towels or if the room needed to be cleaned, there were no needles or roaches anywhere like others were saying, and the beds were pretty comfortable. overall my boyfriend and i were very happy with our stay, the manager was one of the nicest people i’ve ever met"

"DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!! upon arrival, the owner wasn’t even in the office, she was walking back-and-forth to 7-Eleven saying she was busy. I’m fact she LIVES in one of the rooms to watch everyone, and LOVES to gossip with others that live on lower levels. Saying “I don’t like that couple” or giving judgement. When I got checked in and got into my room, not only did I see that the pictures that were online were not of this motel at all, I saw that it was a lot worse than what it was rated. There are lots of cracks in the tile, stains on all of the sheets, there’s mold and mildew in the showers, and under the AC and in the windows. There are also physical holes in the walls where you can see straight outside and see the light outside from in the room. Not to mention the first night, we woke up here there were three huge roaches in our room, and in our bed, and when I tried asking if we could get a discount or tried expressing that this place isn’t healthy for a pregnant woman, I was told “theres nothing they can do about the roaches” and that they can move us in a different room. That was it. No refund at all. But if there’s anything I know about run down motels and horrible owners, it’s if the roaches are in one part of the motel there definitely and everyone of the rooms. Absolutely horrible. **there’s also dried blood in the bathroom and on the wall/floor of the bathroom, as well as rusted razors laying EVERYWHERE"

"Horrible service when you call about an issue in the room, they automatically say well I will give you a refund and you can check out. Asked if they will clean the room - n they say I clean everyday. Also stated I just woke up and I am live here, it is 0910 - n the front desk or housekeeper just wants up. Ridiculous - especially if customers needed something earlier - no person at the desk or to answer phones until the person wakes up who has no manners. God forbid you tell them they have a roach issue, the person gets defensive and wants you leave and not say well - Not I will get an bug person in here and spray. They just want to kick you out. Terrible service. Unbelievable!!!!"
