"This is a scam don't sign up don't go here. They delete reviews . All these years and only a handful of reviews. That's a big red flag."
"House keeping was awful. So many people were check into dirty rooms. There was a reason I never stayed VSA , out dated and dirty. The toilet on the 2nd floor was literally leaking for 2 yrs…."
"Worst company to have a time share with. We were told we could go anywhere with the 12,000 points a year allocation. We can barely get a room in an outdated located. Last year it was red carpet that screamed the 80's on a 3 floor walk up with a 1 year old at the back of the property which was half a mile walk to the beach. We have tried NUMEROUS times calling and leaving messages for to get a return call and nothing is happening."
"I had signed up on 8/29/2021 for 18 months. i was told that i will receive the welcome kit with membership number to make my vacation reservation. I didnt receive anything till i contacted RCI on 12/20/2021. they said on their system its only 12 months out of which already 4 months have passed without even getting the reservation number. when i enquired about it and send the scanned copy showing 18 months on the agreement, they said that VSA needs to correct it or inform them. i have been sending emails and trying to reach the marketing department for VSA. no one answers the phone. they say its being answered by VOIP office. i put voice message, no one cares to call back and make things right for me. It looks like its much easier to reach Mr. Biden rather this marketing department or this company. they say they are in hospitality business, i really cant understand how they can say its hospitality when they do so much thing wrong for one person."
"My experience at this hotel was not great. I was there the week of May 7-14. I arrived at the Atrium Hotel and the first guest room had a very strong dog odor. I was given another room. In the second room the wash cloth was dirty and in the same plastic package with the rest of the linen. A glass was broken in the dishwasher and the hotel front desk personnel said it was the customer's responsibility to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher due to COVID. Employees not following the rules re not wearing mask on the elevator. I informed an employee of the COVID rules. I also was on the elevator with one of the mangers and 2 other hotel employee and two more employees got on after the manager asked them to wait. She informed me that the employees thought she was joking and did not realize I was a guest. Therefore, I decided to get off. The bedroom door lock plate broke and got caught on my daughter's leg. After having so many issues, we were transferred to another resort, which was much better. Left on Sunday and employee on elevator with mask not covering her entire mouth. In my opinion, the room was probably not occupied in a long time as a result of all of the issues. The Managers should come up with solutions and not excuses. The Atrium Resort surely did not feel like a VSA Resort (Value Service Atmosphere)."
