"All people that worked around this building and garage and hotel across street all were polite worked hard . The building where I stayed by parking garage needs some work . During the typical storm on Friday the 22 the wall by the door leaked . It must ok leaked before you can see the repair work . The table leg on are table was broken . The end unit must of had trouble with there door for it was slammed many times. Other then that location was great the parking garage leaks and the salt water is doing its job on it. But all was good and the swimming pool Gym and fountain spry was great.and having tolls at the pool is great too . All needs were met"

"This hotel is a great location with a very short walk to the beach. The room was larger than we expected. One night the smoke alarm went off and we called the front desk and we were told no worker was available to fix it until 7:00am. It was not fixed until 9:30am."

"First of all this wasn't a hotel, it was a motel, at best. The people were horrible and Rude. We left a day early it was so bad. I won't be getting my money back for the last day, i was told. Room was horrible, broken furniture broken fridge and microwave. They don't seem to care for veterens much. Don't stay here. It's the worst "hotel " on the oceanfront. Came for our anniversary. We are locals and was expecting hotel staff to be pleasant. None of them were. If i could give less than 1 star, i would."

"Don’t be discouraged by some of the other reviews on here. We stayed four nights with our two kids and the rest of our family. The service was very good, they got towels promptly for us, toilet paper, and any needs we required. Very friendly front desk, great location!! The pool was maintained, and the kids really enjoyed the frozen yogurt attached to the hotel. We would go back!"

"Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. I booked months in advance for my trip. It had a 4star rating at that time. By the time I arrived for my stay, unbeknownst to me that rating had already dropped to a 2star! And for good reason. I reserved a suite with all of the amenities, but when I arrived although my card had been charged, my room had been given away and I was placed in a single room with double beds- not in a 4star hotel, but in a motel attached to a parking garage! After voicing my displeasure with this, and having to wait for another 20-30 minutes, I was finally given a suite with no amenities, still in the parking garage. The room was dirty- hair and dirt in the tub and on the walls, outlet hanging from the wall. Housekeeping didn't freshen the room once during the five day stay, but even though we asked for a late checkout (and we're denied) housekeeping was knocking on our door thirty minutes before checkout, wanting us out of the room so they could get it ready for the next guests! I'm adding pictures of the dirty walls and tub as well as the elevator used to reach our room and the view to and from our 4star "hotel" room. I hate that I had to give it any stars. It deserves zero!"
