Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach Town Center

"Great hotel for the price! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was the same as Residence Inn breakfast which is one of my favorite hotel chain breakfasts. 2 things to know - 1) it’s not “in” Town Center. Or at least not walking distance for me as a solo traveler at night for dinner. 2) Walls are on the thin side. Definitely heard my neighbor on the first night. Called front desk and they took care of it for me and neighbor turned down their TV."

"Nice hotel. The room was HUGE. It had two large TV's and a nice sitting area. The bed was comfy. The only reason I didn't give the room 5 stars was that I could hear some road noise from inside the room. I could also hear people walking around above me. Not huge issues but worth noting. Any staff members I encountered were pleasant. The breakfast was pretty good. I parked in the parking garage which was pretty close. There are self service beer and cider taps in the lobby. I didn't try it but it looked pretty cool. The pool and gym looked nice too, but I didn't have the time. I would definitely stay here again."

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating when I had specific needs. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk to Town Center and get something to eat and enjoy the holiday decorations. I would most definitely stay at this location again! Thank you so much to the staff for your wonderful and friendly service! You just don't see customer service like this anymore."

"Nice location, good proximity to town center with shopping and restaurants. They have on-site parking but also a parking garage. Also, it's close to the main highway. There's popcorn fresh in the lobby, and it's a $1 donation. After 3 , there's a self-serve tap area with beer and wine for a charge. The rooms were clean and spacious as well. They have a fully stocked snack area with a few frozen meal options. Breakfast is at this location as well. I didn't eat anything, but they had decent options."

"I cannot compliment this hotel enough. Our family gathered in Virginia Beach for a memorial service. We needed nine rooms. From the beginning when we made arrangements with the sales manager, we received excellent, friendly service. Jadeya, the sales manager helped up with a conference room to show a family video. When we arrived, we were met by the friendly reception staff and they remained helpful, kind and tolerant throughout the weekend. Our large family used the lovely outdoor space to gather together and when it rained, we moved inside. We were a large, loud group and the staff could not have been more helpful to us! Additionally, the breakfast staff, maintenance staff and house keeping staff were all amazing! I haven't seen people work so hard to keep a hotel clean and tidy in a long time... maybe ever! Excellent service, excellent staff, lovely rooms, clean as a whistle, tasty breakfast, a quick drive to Town Center and a 15 -20 minute drive to the beach! Thank you to all at the Fairfield Inn!"
